Cards earned through submitting, voting and winning will be handed out as soon as results for that week come up, and details of the transactions can be included in the activity logs.
Prizes are:
Application - Posting a regular application earns you three random cards. Posting a monthly application ears two random cards.
Voting - Votes require explanations and earn you one random card. You must have applied and been sorted to claim prizes in voting.

Journal: Your journal.
Community: The name of the community you contributed in - just to make sure you're in the right place.
Contribution: What you did. Put a text link (do not use HTML) to your contribution as well, even if the comment is screened. These links will be forwarded to the mods of the community for confirmation.
Date of Contribution: When you did it!
