I made a trade with sylvir on may 7th, but had neglected to update earlier and she has since withdrawn from the game. I do have the link to said trade, but it appears her post is now locked.

Should I leave it at that and not count the trade or is it valid because it was completed before she left?

It's valid if it took place before her leaving. You should still be able to get the thread link from your email notification if you have it, which is what you'll need for logs anyways~
