Why yes, event cards.
Event cards are special, one-of-a-kind cards that have a variety of effects. Most event cards can be exchanged for other card types (which is what this post is for); some are necessary for mastery of a specific deck, while others are just there for you to complete an event card set (completing such a set can earn you an event badge.
You can find a list of all available event cards and their effects here. You can also see which event card can be exchanged for decks in the specific deck posts. Not all series/deck posts have event cards as of yet.
THESE ARE NOT CERTIFICATES AND WILL NOT HINDER NO-CERT MASTERY.

Any questionable exchanges may include links for verification. Links such as the official wikipedia of a series or THE Wikipedia are acceptable as proof for exchanges. Examples of questionable exchanges are exchanges that include: blush, blackhat, backpack, whitehorse, and collar.
