Prizes are:
Submitting - 1 icon will earn you 2 random cards. 2 icons - 3 random cards. 3 icons - 4 random cards.
Voting - 1 random card.
Winning - First place gets 2 random cards. Second place and below get 1 random card. Mod's choice will not receive any cards.
