The fourteenth competition is here! I have a very special thing I want you to do this time. I want you guys to make me a.... see below.
WHAT TO DO: Make a single event card of whatever theme you want (EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS). base template (for normal cards FOR Photoshop).
Requirements: Any theme you want is fine. Wether it be by number or by series.
RULES: Event cards must follow the format of an event card which includes having the middle line go all the way across and have the text in the CENTER of the card.
Submission: Please submit your card as an image AND explain the "meaning" and the "value" that your card has. Meaning: Why you chose the image you did. Value: What your card is to be exchanged for (i.e. staff is exchanged for card captor sakura cards.)
One entry per person. Hopefully I'll be grading this... Please format your comment with the following format:

MEANING: ________
VALUE: ________
I'm grading on originality and how well it is written. ^_^v
Winning Prize: 1 S cert, 5 random cards and 1 NEW event cards that hasn't been released yet [different than last week's]. This event card will be released for the next event card set.
Runner Up Prize: 1 A Cert and 5 random cards. This event card may possibly be released in the next event card set.
Participation Prize: 4 cards
Date for end of submission: August 28, 2009 @9PM. Comment to this post. Comments are screened and only the winning icon and runner up will be unscreened.
Winners will be announced: August 29, 2009.
