2 icons = 1 choice normal & 2 random card or 1 choice special & 1 random card
3 icons = 1 choice normal & 3 random cards or 1 choice special & 2 random card
4 icons = 1 choice normal & 4 random cards or 1 choice special & 3 random cards
5 icons = 1 choice normal card & 5 random cards or 1 choice special & 4 random cards
6+ icons = 1 choice normal card, 5 random cards & 1 rank c cert or 1 choice special, 4 random cards & 1 rank c cert
NOTE: When it comes to rewarding submissions for the bi-weekly mini challenges, prizes will be determined based on the total number of icons in the set rather than how many sets were made
