I know there are tools out there - even tested a couple several years back - but they were so unsatisfactory (to my eye) that I ended up just keeping notebooks of same, and doing a lot of // markup in the code itself.

If you find something you think works well, yell at me - I'd love to learn more, and would be happy to test stuff out.
