Yes 22 lbs DOES mean i LOST 22 lbs. in 1 yrs time, i have lost that much. i think thats an amazing feat. ^_^ but in the past 2 months i lost 5 lbs due to the wii fit. that things works wonders. i seriously love it, and am glad i actually lost weight. tims family was all complimenting me on how skinny i am. and yes they want to get one too. hehe.
