Before Jameson got back from his concert last night, I couldn't take it any more...I HAD to see if my new Firefly Petunia really glowed!

So I brought it into the guest bathroom which has no windows, and let my eyes adjust.

Agree! It came up as an ad for me (on Instagram I think?) and I had to check it out, and was just flabbergasted by it. It's one thing to feed a plant colored water to make it's petals turn blue; but this is next-level genetic modification. I can't wait to see what they'll make next, they are planning a brighter version and also trying it on different plants!

I'm a bit worried about mine as it's died off pretty badly the last several days, but I've brought it inside and hoping it will recover away from the oppressive heat.

Yeah! I feel bad because it's struggling a bit...this is a terrible time of year for most plants in Florida. It's died off a lot so I've brought it inside hoping it'll recover.
