I've never heard of a vintage toy store, but of course! People feel sentimental about their beloved toys from the past.

Do you remember all the local products you try? Like, if you go to Madison again for any reason, will you be like, "Hmm, I need to get some of that raisin walnut jerky?"

Will miss your Tootsie tour posts when you go home!

Me neither, but I'm not surprised that they exist!

I only remember the products if they were particularly memorable.
For example, there was this beer-brined salmon in Grand Rapids that was SO good. I'll never forget it. If I'm in that area again I'll look for it; I've got an association.

But also, that's what this blog is for!
Just today someone asked for recommendations on where to eat in Chicago.
It's been almost a decade since I was in Chicago, of course I don't remember every little thing I ate.
But I wrote about it here. So I go to the search bar on my blog and type, "Chicago", and hey, it's all the restaurants and foods that I wrote about :)

It was lucky that I got to do Tootsie, and extra-lucky that I got to do it for two years instead of just one.
I'm so extremely grateful! Certainly there will be adventures to be had in Orlando, too.

I will never forget that you raised butterflies in Orlando. That was an awesome self-authored adventure.

Aww! me neither. I wonder if I'll get to do that again (hope so!)

Your adventures on Assateague will always be in my memories too, speaking of awesome self-authored adventures :)
