I've been doing contactless grocery pickup often for the past couple of years, and I would LOVE to have them load the groceries into the trunk of my car. Instead they bring out the groceries to the sidewalk just outside the grocery store, and I have to bend down and lift them into the trunk of my car. It's a little hard on my back, but it's still worth it.
I hope you have ways of doing comforting activities while you're sick. I sometimes send my sick friends coloring books and crayons because I remember fondly that when I was sick as a child, I was often given a new coloring book. You should get to do fun, low key stuff too.
I like to pick out my own produce and such so try to avoid having others shop for me, but this is a special circumstance!
Whether they put it directly in the car or have me grab it, as long as I can keep others safe it doesn't really matter to me!
Conveniently, my new temp job wanted to start training this week, so today I've spent several hours on that. It is nice to have a new task to focus on, but also hard because when you're sick it's harder to concentrate and everything is just, slower. They've been very understanding though. Seeing how awful I look via Zoom is probably clear indication that I am NOT faking it, lol.
Other than that, I have Netflix and the Internet In General, and an eBook, and my coworker is bringing my actual book to me from the bandstand tonight. I am doing small exercises, just planking and squats and stuff. And I hand-washed my pajamas today since I'll basically be wearing them constantly for the next four days. Lots to do, haha.

Damn! Sorry you’re sick. Great that your team is able to make it work still and you won’t miss out on everything. I hope you feel better soon!
