James Watson was many things, but whatever he was had changed in recent days apparently, if the number of Extra's on the receiving end of failed attempts at supposed doomsday weapons (if one could call glue and paint filled balloons as doomsday weapons) was anything to go by. Consequently? This meant he was once again, attempting such a plan again

"I apologize for interrupting, but you have what I think is glue in your hair, sir," says a voice that is as British as James's currently is not.

"Surely you would like to get that out before it sets entirely?"

At the voice James turns, hand shifting more into his hair at that, eyes darting about for the source of the sound. He's still oblivious to where his tablet is.

"I don't know who you are, but no, it is a part, of, my plan." Yup gluing his hand in his hair is a part of his plan.

"Forgive my manners. Mayland Long. I don't believe I have had the pleasure of your acquaintance yet, sir.

"I see. A plan. A plan for what, may I ask?"

"No I do not believe I've met you yet, no. I'd say it was a pleasure but it's not, considering you are interrupting me.

But for my plan? What do you think it is?" Because it's no fun for him if his device can't be figured out by the general public. Taking over the city required publicity and all right? He leaned forward towards the tablet though, hand still in his hair.
