Eric looks a little preoccupied sitting there on his throne in the middle of the stage. One of the Extras is dancing around the pole in front of him, but he isn't paying attention to her. His mind is on other things. Russell Edgington, his thousand year old vengeance plan, Pam, the Magister, the queen. Sookie ( Read more... )

If the bar had been more crowded, Eric probably wouldn't have noticed the young man at all. Usually when it's busy, Eric tends to block a lot of the patrons out and let Pam keep a close eye on everyone. But, it being a relatively slow day so far, he not only hears Stefan across the room perfectly over the music; he also gets that distinct sense of vampire from him.

"You should see it when we're busy," he says from his spot on the stage. Eric quickly waves off the Extra and locks his gaze on the boy.

Eric chuckles. He won't make assumptions about this guy, but he's hardly ever come across any vampire that doesn't enjoy a little chaos now and again. Not even Bill Compton could deny that without lying through his teeth.

With his vampire speed, Eric is instantly at Stefan's side looking down at him. He likes to use his height to intimidate.

"Please, come in." He gestures to the open area of the club, smiling pleasntly. "Make yourself at home."

There was only one bar Spike really frequented. Caritas was run by his friend, and his girlfriend worked the bar. He was also friends with the other bartender, and his other friends had a tendency to show up. But Spike had noticed the bar called "Fangtasia" as he'd passed by and he couldn't help but go check it out.

The name didn't leave much to the imagination, and unsurprisingly, the interior was red and black with leather-clad pole dancers. If he'd been single, Spike would probably have been interested. As it was, she wasn't nearly as attractive as Buffy.

There's a vampire sitting in a throne, too. Spike can't help but roll his eyes at the utter pretension of it all. "I take it you'd be the owner of this establishment?"

Eric looks over at the one who addressed him. He kind of gives him a once over and barely raises an eyebrow at the blond man. Vampire, actually. He can sense that right away. He turns back to watching the pole dancer. "That's correct."

Spike looks around a bit more. "Do you even get real vampires in here? Besides you? I mean, it's all very cliche and overdone, don't you think?" Spike preferred somewhere he could just get a drink, not be part of a show.

"You're here, aren't you?" Eric smirks. "And as long as it satisfies the curiosity of the tourists and fangbangers, no, I don't. You'd be surprised how many humans think this is the normal décor for vampires."

Max is at the bar, working on assembling a cocktail for a customer. Despite her initial worries, working at Fangtasia hasn't been too awkward. She's picked up bartending quickly and is glad to have something to do with her days and a steady source of income. It's done a lot to improve her mood.

She spots Eric out of the corner of her eye and gives him a nod before serving the customer their now-finished cocktail.

This isn't the kind of place Casey'd be tempted to frequent, but he's morbidly curious and so on a night off he walks into Fangtasia, taking a look around. He's dressed in a navy polo-shirt and black denim jeans.

There's a cynical expression on his face, like he's not all that impressed. Still, the dancer's sufficiently distracting to draw his casual attention for a while. Until he notices that she's an extra. Then he grunts and heads towards the bar instead.

Glitch had precisely no logcial reason to be there. He'd only made his way to Fangtasia once, months ago (it may as well have been a lifetime), looking for...someone who wasn't in the city anymore. Something had happened, possibly involving one too many glasses of brandy, and he'd gone home thinking he'd never go back.

Only now he did return, although he wasn't entirely sure why. The old curiosity played a part, and his desire to solve the mystery of what happened last time.

So there is a desperately out of place looking man with a zipper on his head skittering about, pointedly not looking at the young lady on stage, and eventually finding a nice table to settle at. He is accompanied by the barest scent of almost-but-not-quite-fairy, thanks to the magical nature of his homeworld.
