He looks around as they walk into the warehouse. It certainly fits the bill. They can fight as much as they want here and probably not disturb anyone. The person who locked the place up to begin with might be upset, but there isn't much in it, and from the state of the boxes and machines in there, he's guessing that what is in there isn't very important.
