Perhaps he'll meet up with Jack near a public water fountain?

Jack was wandering aimlessly, not really watching where he was going. The hope is that he doesn't run into anyone... running. Now that would just be unfortunate, wouldn't it?

So, apparently, Jack was going to have to speak first. "'lo," Jack spoke.

He looked up at the man in the coat. He had seen him a few times, talked with him at least once or twice. And he still didn't know his name.
But, either way, Sheppard gave him a friendly half-assed wave.

When the hell did he get here!?
Jack turned on his heel, kicked his coat back and took off after the Doctor. "DOOOOCTOOOOR!"

Jack, however, wasn't going to get his wish. He spied the Master and did the one thing he could think of. [Well, not the one thing. The other idea involved pulling his Webley. But he figured that should be Plan B rather than Plan A.]

The Master openly laughs at the sight of Jack, clapping his hands together and following him in his escape. "Oh, so you are still in the city! One can never quite tell with you! It's almost disappointing."

Jack exhaled quickly, stopped, then turned to face the Master. "I like keeping you on your toes, what can I say? You never know if I'm here or not!" Jack shoved his hands into the pockets of his greatcoat, rolling his feet onto the outer edges of his boots. "I'd have thought you'd have crawled back under your favourite rock by now."

"'lo," Jack said with a bit of a nod.

"Hello there," Levi replies. "I don't believe we've met properly before, have we?"
Reply
"No, I don't think we have," Jack replied, inclining his head. "I'm Cap'n Jack Harkness."
