3 Hours of Silence theextras January 20 2010, 20:36:21 UTC
For three hours, each one stands stock still with their head down and eyes closed as if in prayer. They won't move, they won't be moved, and they certainly won't notice if you draw on their faces with a permanent marker.

(Such actions, though, are still not advised.)

[ooc: This is where all character reactions and interactions that you want to take place during the three hours go. Just remember to put either location, voice, video, holo, or text in your comment's subject line.]

The Doctor, walking with a box of computer bits under one arm, freezes at the sudden, strange actions of the Extras. He drops the box to the ground and dashes towards the first one he can find. Giving the still Extra a once-over with the sonic screwdriver, he tries the talking approach.

"Can you hear me?" he demands. "Hello? Anyone in there?"

No response Doctor, this Extra remains completely unmoved, head bowed and silent.

((Yeah he's not missing this. darnit I forgot about quotes))

This reminded him of what he refers to as "the Buddy-Incident", or at least with code streaming across the tablet - none of which was similar, he notes. He's out in the streets of Central when it happens, and when the Extras speak he spins about in place, whipping his head in the direction of one of them.

He's had a lot of interaction with the Extras. This is completely new.

"Well, well, well," he scoffs, approaching the nearest one with a bit of a sneer. "What do we have here?" He snaps his fingers before the chosen victim.

Permanent marker, probably not. Leaving this particular Extra alive, however? Just as unlikely.

There's another electric thrum in the air, the taste of ozone and conductivity, and without another real word the extras look up and go right back to what they had been doing before.

[ooc: This is where all character reactions and interactions that you want to take place after the extras reboot go. The extras will now behave exactly the same as they always have: answer questions the same way, do the same things, go to the same places. How would one young man react to waking up inside the Uroc?

One young man would react by lifting his head suddenly, smiling pleasantly, looking around and saying:

"Well, this place is nice."

"Thank you," his host will reply in his scratchy whisper. "Forgive me for snatching you away - you'd stopped to have your fit in the middle of the street, and I was concerned for your safety."
