Okay, as far as Brooke's concerned, this guy's at a seven and needs to take it down to, like, a three. She was in the middle of some prime beauty sleep! And he looks pretty angry, not just scared. Clearly he needs a sound explanation. She's not really good at those kinds of explanation, but she'll give it a shot.

"Hey, uh, don't swear at me but you've been kidnapped and we're in this whole big freaky city and it kind of sucks except for being treated really well and--"

Ethan's gaze snaps to the tablet, furious and more than watchful -- made more intense by the darkness under his blue eyes.

"What?" Is just about all he can say to that with all the things going through his head right now.

Oh! Okay, clearly trying to soothe the angry guy was not the smartest decision on her part. Oh well, too late to back out now.

"Um. The city's called Taxon? You've been kidnapped. Not by me!" She adds hastily. Because this guy's glare is kind of freaking her out.

Suddenly Ethan's expression shifts; anger to scorn to disbelief. He grabs the tablet, eyeing the girl's image.

"If you bastards want me to think I'm safe, there's no way in Hell I'm falling for it."

Looking faintly alarmed, Dawn continues her new arrival trolling tradition.

"Whoa, calm down! No tearing, please. You're not where you think you are."

Ethan sneers derisively, staring at Dawn's image.

"So what the fuck is this, the rescue party?"

Dawn crosses her arms over her chest and glares. "No, but watch the attitude, mister! Jeez."

It's hard to watch your attitude when you can't see the attitude for the attitude. "Just tell me where the hell I am."

Oi, calm down, mister, no need to tear anyone to bits, thanks! You alright? [Tonks is actually a little scared of the guy cussing up a storm, but she's concerned. Poor guy doesn't know where he is!]

There's a voice coming from the device, and so Ethan eyes it with heated wariness.

"The fuck do you think?"

I'll take that as a no, then. [You can practically hear her rolling her eyes.] Is it too much trouble to ask for a bit of politeness, or are you going to swear at me again?
