Best Sam/Ruby story I've read so far, hands down. So thoughtful and beautifully written, I love what you've explored in this and how you've captured exactly how Sam was, how he'd changed and what he'd lost, and how Ruby managed and understood precisely what had happened.

You've done such a great job bringing out their different characters and motivations to do what they did.
Yeah, of course that's why everyone should adore this pairing, it's so fucked up anyways, but you found the right words to describe the situation.
