First rule of government, once a power is given, taken or simply taken because nobody bitched enough, it practically takes explosives to get them to give it up. Pres. Obama is just being a historically typical leader of any gov't going back all the way back to tyrannical god-kings.

I just wish if he's not going to give up those powers, is it too much to ask that he disappear Rush, O'Reily, Beck and Coulter? I mean if we have to have the torture...can we at least get those hacks off the air?
