it might seem pretentious, but i'd really love to know: how 'Celtic' are contemporary Irish youngsters? that is: how much of their cultural/linguistic heritage do they choose to retain? btw - you look famished. do you have enough money for food? (just kiddin')

to be honest, I have no idea of the amount of Celtic heritage that young people carry forward nowadays. I haven't had a chance to interact with anyone who fits the description of an Irish "youngster". some research topic, isn't it?. I do eat a lot btw!

Well, it might be not an easy one, but it's not due tomorrow - take your time ;) It would be great to see a brief city areas guide with pictures. I mean something like "here's the business area with guys wearing ties hurriyng to and fro their glass domes, and here's the place you'd better not visit late at night, and here are local students drinking beer at small pubs next to their college, etc. I'm pretty sure Dublin has lots of such "socially marked" places, doesn't it?

I don't know why but I've immediately pictured myself working on the "Neighbourhoods" concept for the Airbnb website ; ) Check it out!
