Part of me can't believe it. In some ways I thought Michael Jackson would be one of those people who would live forever. Yes, his personal life was a mess, but he was one of the most important musical performers from the last century. We grew up with his music always in the background. Michael Jackson definitely is an icon. Regardless of his legal troubles, he was a very talented guy and he made his mark on music.

Also, can someone please confirm whether or not the rumours that Jeff Golblum has died are correct? Apparantly the NZ police have issued a statement saying he died by falling from a cliff in NZ.

Apparently, it's an old hoax that has resurfaced. Latest reports say the 'death' reports aren't real. I guess some idiot out there thought it would be fun to play on the idea that everything happens in threes or something...

(also, in case you couldnt tell, I freaking love the pics released for Alice in Wonderland. it will be awesome)

Those pics are awesome. Can't wait!

I just read about the Goldblum hoax. So not cool. And it being presented on TV shows as true without being checked is not right.

I didnt think I would be this excited for the movie but the pics were so damn awesome.

The reports I'm seeing insist that Goldblum is alive and well and in L.A.

I refused to believe the rumours until it was absolutely confirmed. I'm now seeing articles pop up about the hoax. So weird.

I think I'm still trying to get my brain around the fact that he's dead; it hasn't fully sunk in yet...

I'm surprised it actually got media coverage (Richard Wilkens, I'm looking at you) if its a common hoax.

Yup, they sure do.
