Don't start a new game until you have a little more than 15,000 Grade, that way, you can buy a TON of stuff for New Game+ (like 10x EXP, Unknown Difficulty, Carry over Gald, Carry over Items [INCLUDES WEAPONS], Carry over titles, carry over skills, etc.) It makes New Game+ so much better. :D
