How cold does it have to be?
How cold does it have to be before your blood freezes in your veins? Tonight as I was driving home from work, the temp. reading at the bank said it was -2 F and still dropping I'm sure. My windshield washer fluid (the "non-freezing" variety I might add...) immediately iced over my whole windsheild when it touched the glass, and I had to pull
