Eyecandy day

Sep 22, 2008 19:15

Walking home today, there was a section of sidewalk where a car had parked half on the sidewalk, leaving only a narrow strip to walk past the building. I saw this guy coming from the other direction and figured I'd wait, no big; wasn't really paying attention but he stopped and waved me through, which was nice, and when I said thanks he looked up ( Read more... )

Haha no, no one in my house looks like Mark. Though the young blond guy upstairs is yummy. But, there are 15 rooms altogether, and there are four other people who share the kitchen with me, who I call Boy1, Boy2, and Couple1 - composed of Boy3 and Girl1.

I am not picking up random twenty year olds because you think they're pretty

I dunno...I'm personally of the opinion that a single girl doesn't need any reason, let alone a good one, to pick up random pretty 20 year olds. ;)

But M!Rob has a very good sense of pretty, yes? And, hey, random 20 year olds can be fun. They need to, like, be taught stuff *g*

I realized today that Mark curls up in my head and sleeps when I'm at work (thank God). I know this because today somebody said "Rob" and he woke up fast :-)

It doesn't matter so much if Rob's awake while I'm at work. The papers don't care what I'm thinking about and the sound of the phone ringing startles me out of it enough to focus on the person on the other end when I have to talk. ;-)

True. I first had that thought about younger men at the rather precocious age of 14. I remember trying to explain it to my friend as we were walking back to her house from a party and we passed a house where some guy was sitting on his porch in the dark and agreed with me. Cue major embarrassment. *facepalm* And M!Rob does have an excellent sense of pretty. That smile just kind of hit me like a freight train out of nowhere, though, LOL. It surprised the hell out of me.

Saw an advert on TV last night for Dancing With the Stars; it's airing on UKTV Gold from this Friday. I've put it in my reminders. (Damn you.) ;)

Doing my research for me, eh? ;D The ABC site has a live blog - a guy giving a play-by-play of the show as it airs - so I "watched" a bit of that, but obviously had to go to bed before it got very far. Heh, one couple danced to Smooth, though (not Mark).

WUT yourself, Lars.

I bet Mark was dancing, though. IN HIS PANTS

Yes, yes he was. It made him very happy when he heard the music then very confused when it was the wrong voice (live band does all the music). In fact, much of the night was sufficiently amusing to those who know the Est version of Mark - from fettucine in black truffle sauce, to Smooth, to the look on his face when they introduced dear old Dad *g*
