Tonight was actually the kick-off of the Stay Gold 2007 Canadian tour, so those of you in Canadaland wishing to see The Bouncing Souls may get your chance! :D There's a couple dozen dates in the big cities and some more obscure places right across the country, and the last stop is Victoria, BC. I love THEM! And you know who got me into them? Frank Iero! They're one of his favorite bands. :) I got him a 'Souls T-shirt as a present, even. :)

This is AWESOME. I didn't know anyone else had even heard of the band, much less liked them too!

*dies laughing* I actually got into them because of Green Day! On one of those old voicemail messages that used to be on greenday.com, Billie mentioned that they'd just gone to a Bouncing Souls gig and I instantly loved the band's name and went looking for the music. I really like them, and they put on a good show. I had a great time. And I thought of you a few times, too, b/c the singer kinda looks like Hal Sparks! LOLOL

and_ed likes them too - I recced them when she was asking about new-to-her bands that she might like. :D

I don't mind at all - in fact, I was just looking at your icon and thinking, Hmm didn't that belong to... LOL. Welcome! :D

TBS were indeed a lot of fun. I think the biggest crowd reaction was for the song 'East Coast' which makes perfect sense, seeing as we're *on* the east coast and the chorus is basically, "East coast! Fuck you!" ad nauseum, heh.
