Some of y'all may remember that my router died recently and I ended up trading in for a 2-in-1 modem from my ISP instead of buying a new router. I didn't know until last week that my mother's been having issues getting online ever since it was installed. She called at one point and they said the problem needed to be fixed on the main computer -
