Antheria 2011

I swear that I do not have enough time and/or energy anymore. I can't really explain why I cannot get around to posting stuff about my life until way after it happened. By then, I've forgotten most of what I experienced.

But two weeks ago, I went to Antheria. And here's my report on what happened to me there...

Wowza. I kinda envy you the ability to drink in 'suit. All I can manage is water.

Have you ever tried Fat Tire beer? I've heard it's pretty good.

I try not to go overboard. But there have been some laughably epic moments.

I promise I'll try not to put myself in the hospital. My liver is getting too old for such intense drinking.

I think you'll have to come up with some evidence regarding your allegations that Antheria is trying to displace Califur. I won't just take your word for it.

If you don't want to go, then don't go. I'll be happy to drink your share of the beer.

I promise you, Antheria has no desire to wreck Califur. Why do you think we started it on the exact opposite side of the year? (Not so much now that they moved, though.)

We've heard there've been some people spreading the idea that Antheria is in competition with Califur somehow, but why compete when you can cooperate, right? It just makes everything better for the fandom?

In short, Antheria isn't here because we dislike Califur or want to replace them or any of that. We have no interest in drama like that. We just want to give furries a good time. And can you honestly say the Los Angeles area isn't big enough for two fur cons? It just means more fun for the furries. :)
