Destiny can't be inevitable, can it? Just because people believe that something is pre-ordained doesn't mean that it has to be that way. I can change things because it's my actions that determines whether something happens or not. Doesn't it work that way with Mr. Crawford? I mean, doesn't he change things if he doesn't see what he likes?

He changes things he doesn't like. It's not inevitable. It's just that, being you, you're more likely to do things you're likely to do, you know? That's not destiny so much as the pattern of behavior. But, yeah, you can change things.

I'm bored. The Nexus has been so dull for me lately. Makes me antsy. A lot of the people I hang around are away doing things elsewhere. I'm wondering if there's something I can do to stir things up a bit.
