No one's perfect, but thinking about your personal weaknesses puts you light-years ahead of a lot of people. I've known a few GMs who were blissfully unaware of their faults- and what do you know? Their campaigns sucked. I can't honestly say that I have fully thought about and analyzed myself in that aspect. Maybe it's time I did a little SWOT analysis as well.

As for that whole 'I don't plan' thing? Yeah, my roommate does the same thing. But if you're good at it (like heis and like you are), then it works fine. I wouldn't call that a flaw so much as a different way of doing things (me, personally? I have to plan like mad to keep the major story arcs on track).
