Ricotta is sometimes fairly low in fat... and chocolate is good for you! And whipping cream is, oh, well, got me there. Damn that sounds good though.

Though when the page first came up I kept saying "Llady? Llady? I hope that's a typo, cuz it sounds pretty dumb with the Welsh ll sound."
