Recipes for the Cooking Impaired: Turkey Meat Loaf

I made this last night for falzalot . It's a regular feature on the Casa de Taselby menu, and I'm almost to the point where I have to make two -- one for my son, and one for everyone else. As it stands now, the girls and I each have a slice, and C eats the rest.

Sounds nummy! I tried a turkey meatloaf and it was too bland. This one looks very tasty.

The salsa and the herbs really make the difference, IMO. And the leftovers make great sandwiches!

it was very yum!! As soon as I pick up some ground something-or-other C can eat I'm going to make it!

I still can't believe my roommie is allergic to turkey!!
