*grin* But of course! You're always welcome. (And we might see about that "quasi-" *waggles eyebrows*)

Tonight is another variation of "chicken, curry, tomatoes, and rice." If it turns out, we may have to have a "name that recipe" contest, since I despise the name I learned it as.

Mim says that she can't believe I was an only child, since I'm utterly incapable of cooking for less than 10 people.

I'm going through my bookmarks, and I found this, and I realized that we have some coconut to be used up. I guess I need to save the bookmark so when I get around to trying the recipe I can tell you how it went over!

No, I can just save the "lj comment that I made". Yay! :-)

Oh, yes, please let me know how it turns out. I never know if these are genuinely good/easy recipes, if anyone gets use from them, or if it's just a case of my personal mileage being different from everyone else's. *g*

I made it a few days ago, and it was a big hit! After two bites I said, "this is going to be addictive", lol.

Saving the recipe, and looking forward to the leftovers. :-)

Oh YAY!! It really is one of our favorites, too. My older daughter, Mim, asks for it often. She can never remember the name of it, so it has come to be called "that soup" or "the coconut stuff." *g*

The leftovers keep *very* well, and I even like it cold (though it does well reheated on the stovetop or microwave).

*happy hugs*!
