So, at long last, San Diego Comic Con has come and gone. For the most part, I have few complaints. I tried to take things slower than I have in previous years -- more sleep, less aimless trudging around the Exhibit Hall. I missed a few panels I would have liked to attend, but otherwise I was satisfied with the change of pace ( Read more... )

Thank you! It's a silly con, but nevertheless an entertaining one.

That is insane about the ticket sales! Holy crap... It was so easy to buy my ticket at the con last year, I barely even had to stand in line. So that means the online ticket sales for next year are going to be insane, holy crap.

I'm glad you had a good time! And yay for w00tstock and Slasher's dinner! :D I had so much fun at those last year.

That's a lot of restraint XD. I would have probably bought the wnole damn thing (and yes I mean the exhibit hall).

I'm glad you're back safe and sound! And omg, Idris Elba! I'm watching Luther as I type this and he's awesome!

Apparently SDCC is trying to stop selling registrations on-site and this year's restrictions were the first step toward that goal. Yes, I expect online registration this year to be madness incarnate.

I'm hoping -- hoping! -- I can get a ticket, but given the way my traveling companions were talking I may not have hotel-mates. We'll see. :(

LOL, believe me, if I thought I could fit the exhibit hall in my bags I would have been tempted, too.

Idris Elba is incredible. He's just... he's magnetic. It's strange, yet excellent.
