Stolen from harmonyangel.

Comment here and ask me ANYTHING about any fandom I'm involved in/have been involved in. Controversial or innocent, silly or serious, ask and you'll get my honest opinion on the subject [to the best of my knowledge/ability].

General fandom questions are also allowed, but nothing about actual people IN fandom, please.

So what do you think of Mary Jane Watson Parker from the Spider-Man comics

Actually, I think I've read maybe one or two issues of Spider-Man comics! I'm a terrible Marvel fangirl. I'm well-versed in Daredevil comics, and a little X-Men, but that's about it. For Spider-Man, I'm pretty much a movieverse fan/fan of the character in general. (Though someday I'd certainly like to read some Spider-Man.)

So, while I can't say anything about MJ in the comics, I like her in the movies. :)

Thanks, but you should really try the comics, movie MJ is cool, but comics MJ is even better.

You should try the Sensational Spider-Man annual.

Moviewise then how do you think a meeting between Movieverse Daredevil and Spider-Man would go?

Why is Jason Street so awesome? Feel free to give copious examples.

OMG, this wasn't supposed to be an essay question! ;)

He's awesome for so many reasons. He's the "golden boy," the super-talented quarterback with the cheerleader girlfriend, who's knocked off his pedestal in a heartbeat...but without any of the cliches that could so easily surround his circumstances. He wasn't an asshole before who "learns a lesson" or anything. He doesn't suddenly take up disability rights as a cause and use his quarterback fame/status do to so. He's a good kid who accepts this life-altering experience and grows up as a result of it and remains true to who he is. He gets pissed and frustrated and scared, but he deals in a way that's very real--I don't know. I like that ( ... )

What did you think of Hank McCoy's latest transformation (and the fact that no two artists seem to agree what he looks like now...)?
