It's lovely to read as the friendship grows between Peter and Henry - the Dickinson versus Seuss was funny, but funny-sad, if you know what I mean.

One of my very favorite things about Hank is that, yes, his IQ is off the charts, and yes, he probably thinks about physics for fun, but it's also absolutely believable for him to start in with really ridiculous penis jokes. (Or writing an "I'm Gay!" autobiography, etc.) :)

I think I do. But that's another thing I love about Hank--he has the ability to switch gears very quickly, and he doesn't (usually) mind explaining himself.

I thoroughly enjoyed Peter and Hank's talk near the end of the chapter. Hank really got Peter to think about being himself and not just as Spider-Man. Peter is really having a hard time with that and hopefully Hank will help him a little with that.

This struggle on Peter's part was very much inspired by Spider Man 2, and I'm not sure it's something that will easily--if ever--be entirely resolved for him.
