Finally! Done with reposting all the old fics! (At least, the ones I'm not too embarrassed of.) I don't think I've posted this one before, but I could be wrong. It was my application piece for playing Moody on the Unholy Trinity RPG, and, when I found it tonight, it seemed strangely appropriate for a post-HBP fic

This is one of those stories that kicks the breath out of a person, and then just keeps doing it. It's a rough ride, but damned effective, and exquisite in its own way.

*g* Um, lots of Moody Love, not sure how much of it is amazing...

Stories of mine that feature Moody (all in my LJ memories):

1. Warmth of Crimson, Chill of Emerald (quick Moody cameo)
2. A Chill Rain (Moody/Arabella Figg)
3. Confession (young Moody and Minerva gen)
4. Gift of Gold (quite a bit of young Moody)
5. Lionhearted (older Moody and Minerva, sort of gen)
6. Pride of Lions (which you're read... Moody/Minerva)

My personal favorites are Lionhearted and Gift of Gold. :)

There's also a Moody/Snape and--I think--a Moody/Weasley twins drabble in the "drabbles and filks" section of my LJ memories.

This felt very Moody, and soon after we realize Dumbledore is the dead in question I began to wonder if there was more to their relationship than just what we see in canon and then damn, that last line.

Also, love the ideas about death.
