Tarot: identity and Bon Jovi

There was a day last week where my usually quiet neighbors were blaring music at 10:45 a.m., specifically Bon Jovi. I laughed out loud when I saw you had pulled the Justice card (the Empress was a gimme).

Astrologically, the Empress and Justice cards are linked. The Empress is associated with Venus, and Libra is attributed to the Justice card. Astrologically, the sign of Libra is ruled by the planet Venus (which also rules earthy Taurus).

Libra is very partnership-oriented and of course strives for balance. So your Venusian self takes on a particularly Libran aspect when dealing with Charlie, perhaps.

I thought you would find it funny. I have a a lot of Libra in my chart and I'm on the Virgo/Libra cusp. I was joking with Charlie when I showed him the card, "Venus lays down the law," but then I explained the card meaning more deeply to him. I knew about Venus and Libra, but your imput on astrology is always welcome. I love how the Majors in the Transformational have the astrological symbols on them in a way that's not too visually overwhelming. I am falling in love with the deck.

One of my matron Goddesses, the Celtic Arianrhod, makes me think of the Justice card. Many people would put her as the Wheel...

I am so glad you're falling in love with Transformational. It has a special place in my heart and is one of my top three decks of all time.
