Yes, that Lawrence Lessig, Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Creative Commons. There are a couple of alternative possibilities here - this isn't Lessig (or this isn't exactly what he said), or he is playing a delicious trick on everyone committed to this whole misguided affair by appearing to back a system that will ultimately
hand the DRM keys over to anyone who wants to open the lock.
