I took my computer to the shop to fix the CPU fan (which had been buzzing rather annoyingly) on Monday.  It is now Saturday.  That is five days without my computer and I am starting to get antsy.  Though I appreciate the chance to write and draw more and I'm thrilled at the chance for quality quiet reading time, it really ought not to be taking so

Haha, sorry to get your hopes up re: proposals, but really, I am pretty sure it counts. "I will say yes" = promise ring! (or verbal equivalent thereof) Plus, once she pointed out that there wasn't a hint of romance in the way he asked, it was like "...you're right. My bad! Do over!"

In other news, LOL @ your paraphrased Charmita conversation. And Don running around the whole time with his fingers practically stuffed in his ears. Girlfriend-related Don brooding is the best.

It was sad and funny at the same time. I half-expected him to snap and blurt out something like, "GAIS I'M HAVING ISSUES WITH MY GF RIGHT NOW AND THAT REALLY ISN'T HELPING ME FEEL BETTER."

Lucky neither of them picked up on it, that might have ruined their whole happy YAYWE'REGETTINGMARRIED! mood. (On the other hand, I would totes approve of Charlie brotherly consolation of Don and helping with issues regarding ladies.)
