Happy dance of joy. Empath Dean! You really nailed Rossi in this chapter, there's no doubt in my mind he'd believe Dean got a pass and should be rotting in a jail cell.

As for Andrews, man, that guy has a bill long overdue and I hope he gets what's coming.
