This was quite a fun story. I like the way you brought Donna into this and how the Doctor is drawn to her. More than that, I love that the Doctor is still trying to cope with his new status, that things aren't perfect with him and Rose. Fun plot with the bugs. Great to see Owen, Ianto, Tosh, and Martha as part of TW and the cameos of Lee and Jack. And I really do love the Donna interactions. It's nice to see that even a different version of her is still very awesome.

Donna! Wilf! Awww. Donna is still brillliant and brash and insecure and loving. :-DDDD

I like your worldbuilding here. The characters are recognizable but different. Everyone seems just a little more tired and cranky, which makes sense in a Torchwood without Jack or The Doctor popping in to save the world (they don't seem to recognize him) since humans have to do all the work. I love that they seem to manage anyway. *g*

I also really enjoyed the hesitant romance and adjustment difficulties of 10.2 to being human. Nicely done. Rose is growing into someone very impressive too.
