fanart: "Untitled #1" by DameRuth's Mom (age 77)
Wow, quite a day yesterday -- I was mostly out cold with the flu, and missed out on the "one post a day" I'd been hoping to make. So, I'll post two things today to make up. :D
First, as promised, some fanart by my mom, to show that you're really never too old. She uses oil paints, and loves bright colors. I think all of her pictures look like they have fun stories behind them -- in fact, I know Mom would love it if people *did* write stories about her pictures!
Mom says she drew the TARDIS half-parked in the water because that's how the Doctor tends to drive . . . and she said her favorite part was putting in the firefly-lights in the lower right-hand corner. :) (As always, click on the image to see it bigger!)
