Now that we're getting into May, some reminders:

Artists: Please e-mail your finished product to Tardis.bigbang [at] gmail [dot] com, and please include the name of the story in your e-mail, so we can keep everything together. Art can be any size; we might put a smaller version on the page with the story and link to a larger version.

I can send in my vid as a .avi or as a .mov - is there a preference, or would you like both? I'm sending via megaupload.

Just saw this--I don't really have a format preference, since .avi and .mov will both play on PC and Mac, but I'm wondering if an avi would be smaller. We can definitely make this version available, but I'd love to be able to offer a smaller file for anyone who has trouble downloading big ones. For one of the other vids, we've got a 640x480 version that's about 20 Mb, and a 320x240 version that's about 5 Mb.

Let me know how it goes, or if there's anything I can do to help. I don't know if I've got software that can handle .mov, but if you send an avi I can try playing with it, too.

No, the .avi is huge. I can make an ipod-friendly version that's smaller but I'd love it if both versions were available for download, as the ipod version won't look as good.
