Woah. I realised I might be an immigrant.
What's an immigrant?
Dictionary says: "a person who comes to a country in order to settle there"
I don't know if I want to settle here, I suppose.
What's settling?
Dictionary says: "to take up residence in a new country or place"
I do reside here.
Maybe dictionary isn't the most useful tool here.

You've been in the UK a long time. Even if the option of leaving eventually is still on the table, if you have no actual plans to leave I'd say you're an immigrant.

Did you ever post any Scotland pictures anywhere? And did any turn out ok? I mostly remember walking down a hill with my glasses off because it was so windy they wouldn't stay on.
