One Arizona measure has raised eyebrows far beyond state lines. As incentive for residents to vote, it would award $1 million to a randomly selected voter in each general election.

I'm curious to see if this will pass.. and where does the awarded 1$ mil come from? Lottery funds? Interesting concept, quasi bribing people for their vote.
