Please look at the design you want and all available heel heights are stated below it.
some have a few heights for different people with different preferences !

lower if you're very tall / dont wanna feel the strain !
higher if you're short / dont mind the pain.

there's no hiddden platform for this pair but if you're refering to the wedge height,
it's provided on top.

it's Wedge Height is 10cm/4" ;)
