Ok, folks, the bean counters have gone too damn far.

Actually, I think you can count on this going to court. Since they are in the will and are property of MJ - property he's wholey in the right to give to whomever he wants to - that his estate is broke is quite irrelevant. Only the court can decide how to break up an estate to pay off creditors. And that will take years and years, and cost more in lawyers than it's worth.
