I just bought all of the party supplies for Tex's upcoming 2nd birthday. He is going to have a Yo Gabba Gabba party as it is his crack. 2 years seems a bit right for him, I remember when Lou turned 2 it felt like she was growing up way too fast but I think about everything that happened with Tex in the beginning with the hospital and everything, it ( Read more... )

I need to hear more about life with two. We're starting to think about having our second. I really want two kids but it's totally freaking me out because of all of the things you just mentioned. I am so wishing I could be a stay at home mom lately too....

I should write a memoir and send it your way. Spend as much quality time with your little man as you can before you have another. I miss me and lou's quality time. Now I just find myself repromanding her all of the time.

Honestly, I think it's the "second child" syndrome. I feel that the second child wants to do what the oldest does but cannot and therefore they act out. Zeke, was in pre-k when I had Bean and Bean was/is my craziest of all. I had, Zeke, in school and , Bean, got A LOT of one on one. I'm sure he will mellow out soon enough. Bean, started to get mellow when he hit four. :)
Thoams and I are planning one more to complete the picture. I wish it would hurry up and happen because once, Silas, turns two 1/2 I will be done. No if's ands or buts about it.

Yeah, lou will be in school all day next year so I am sure the alone time with us will be good for him. Lou doesn't want to talk about all day school, she thinks it is the worst idea ever. Are you guys trying for another one now?

We are not trying but we are not preventing it either. I only started getting my period back in january, and it's not even regular.

But here's my reasoning for the whole idea. I wanted to get my tubes tied after 3, Thoams asked me not to. I'm NOT waiting until, Silas, is four to have another baby. I'm 28 and I had my first at 19, then 23, then 26. I want5 to put an end to the chapter and get rid of the diapers, the wipes, the baby clothes, the toys, etc. So, if it doesn't happen by october then I am done and he is getting himself fixed. If it does happen, so be it. Honestly, I will be ok with that either way.

Yeah, I have one of each so I just feel really lucky Greg and I grew up with only one sibling each. I always wanted more. I want a bigger family and if the dr said I couldn't have anymore I would be sad but atleast I have a girl and a boy. I really want to go through the whole pregnancy and wee little one thing at least one more time though. In 20 years from now I want to have a big family coming home for the holidays.

Two years old! How crazy. A Yo Gabba Gabba party sounds awesome!

It feels like I see babies all around me all the time anymore. I want another baby so bad! Even if it wasn't irresponsible to have one, Brock said he wouldn't want another one anyway. :p But I told him I would make him!

All growsd up!! If that's the age for that, then I will be all growsd up in about two months! I'm not sure I'm looking forward to it though, lol.

The idea of turning 30 scares me, I am 27 right now. So much has gone on in my 20's. I moved from L.A. to NYC all by myself, I moved back to houston and met greg, had lou and tex, started my company, bought our first house. I wonder what my 30's have in store for me.
