I admit it... the ergonomics lady had some helpful things to say. So it wasn't a totally bad thing that my boss called her. I'm still annoyed, though, that they couldn't manage to talk to me themselves about it. I would rather not have her phone calls and visits be out of the blue. *sigh* I should know better from this place, though...

Haha. I sit in my office chair, one leg underneath the other, one elbow resting one arm of the chair, the other in my lap. I'm typing on my keyboard in its keyboard tray, which is resting on my lap.

Think I'm gonna have back problems as I age? ;)

Heh... quite possibly... you pretty much described how I often find myself sitting. It's never intentional. Just every so often I think, "huh... I probably shouldn't be sitting like this". But it's quite comfortable in the moment... it's just the after-effects that hurt. :)
