I spent the day mucking about in Lightroom

I attempted to do colour popping with the adjustment brush in Lightroom, but it's rather tricky given
how small you have to make the brush to accurately keep the part you want in colour to well stay in color.

However I learned to airbrush today, so that was a useful thing to learn.

Good job! Brides will probably love it.

However, I still think adult people shouldn't have skin that looks like it belongs on a 6 month old. Nor teeth that look like ...well, 6 month old kids don't have teeth, but yeah ;)

Seconded.

People are allowed to have wrinkles and skin that looks a bit born. After all, we wear it every day.

The whole point of me learning to airbrush is purely for the brides that want that sort of thing. It's a time consuming process with simple settings i.e. to soften skin you simply set the adjustment brush to -100 clarity and +25 Sharpness. Then you have to spend a lot of time at a pixel level brushing in the skin softness, and erasing the bits where you go too far.

I thinks I'm going to buy Portrait Professional. It does all the hardwork for you. Not that I'm lazy.

Airbrushing is used too much, but in some photographs it's a good tool to have in your post processing arsenal.
